The REVUSD x Tabitha Boekweit edition brings contemporary art into intimate form. Each piece in this collection is born from "We Need Peacemakers" - an original painting created exclusively for REVUSD by the Dutch artist known for her bold lines, layered storytelling, and emotional depth.
The painting is a visual manifesto: a call for softness in a hardened world, for clarity amidst chaos.
From this canvas, a single composition was chosen. Transferred onto leather, not printed on top, but embedded within, the artwork becomes one with the material. The result is not a bag with an image, but a tactile continuation of the original work. A piece of Tabitha’s world. In motion. Carried close.

With its sculpted shape and braided detail, the SWAY is movement made tangible. For this edition, it becomes even more personal: a single visual excerpt from "We need Peacemakers" by Tabitha Boekweit is transferred onto soft black full grain Aniline leather. So subtly embedded it feels part of the bag’s soul.
Worn crossbody or over the shoulder, the SWAY lets you carry a story. A gentle, bold message, close to the body.

Sustainability
At REVUSD, sustainability isn’t a trend—it’s a belief. We don’t produce on demand—we create from what already exists. What’s left over deserves a second life, and we give it a stage.
Our bags are made from unused leather—surplus, rejected batches, and overproduction from industries like aviation, fashion, and automotive. Perfect leather, just not ‘perfect enough’ for the mainstream. For us, it’s exactly right.

From linings to details, we use deadstock and overstock—materials already made, nothing wasted. Because we work with what we find, we produce in small batches. No more, no faster, no mass production.
All our prototypes are handcrafted in the Netherlands and Belgium, where our designs come to life. Final production happens in a small, trusted workshop in Istanbul, where each piece is made with care, precision, and honest craftsmanship.
Even our shipping is mindful—only in full trucks, often combined with family visits. Keeping our chain small, warm, and considered.
